Intermediate was RM590k; for end lot roughly shall be by additional RM200k. Discount I think around 2% then.

So profit around RM220k (IF done deal)

Bought Merrydale. Eventually friends & family said it is a good buy.

Good buy! Put the dramas and jokers aside, we have high expectations on EW and it is very well aware of it. Given the hype and the excellent sales (No 2 after SPS) it achieved in the market, it understands the consequences of disappointing the buyers by delivering substandard end products. It knows it's under the tight scrutiny of buyers (and haters / competitors who try to find the opportunities to disgrace its name). So far based on the landscape, show units and the services provided there is nothing unreasonably unacceptable appear to me. Let's continue to keep an eye on it and don't lose faith
