Seems like there are student projects from Taylor on EW recruitment video.. Which one you like the most? Some portrait by joining EW, it can give you a new life, transform you from the zombie worklife you have currently.

QUOTE(twskola @ Dec 6 2015, 03:35 PM) I suggest for all purchasers to ask ECW to not plaster the units and all purchasers can go see with own eyes, they r good in cheating purchasers by having good look outside but kampung workmanship in d house n high maintenance cost at the end, Sps n ew team never known for good quality n just mass housing developer like setia alam n jb.. They have not seen luxury terrace house quality like desa park city, bdr utama n sime darby or I&P Thanks for sharing. Are you an EM purchaser? [attachmentid=5454274] [attachmentid=5454281] [attachmentid=5454288] [attachmentid=5454293] Since you are in construction line, presumebly you have worked for Sime Dary or I&P project before. Can you share any pictures for those projects, so that we can compare and see the distinct difference? |

QUOTE(Jasoncat @ Dec 6 2015, 08:49 PM) I understand that EM had fired contractors that couldn't deliver / meet their standards. To one extreme, I may assume that "hey is this fellow the disgruntled contractor or person associated with the contractor? Is he /she simply taking a pic out of no where?". While I'm not accusing the forummer who post the pics - in fact should thank him for revealing it if all those are valid, but would appreciate if he/she could give more pics that can really associates the shoddy works with the units. If possible perhaps he / she could talk to EM. If he /she is buyer of EM, there is more reason for him to bring this matter up to the management of EM. hehehe... Mengamuk because can't get the project? I had talked to someone who is in this industry. Based on the feedback, things are not that bad as perceived. Slightly poor plastering is not uncommon and in fact the bricks will be covered with cements, plastering then, skim coating and then followed by paint. But what is not acceptable is the piping and electrical wiring suppose to be straight and not crooked. I'm not in this industry but I (and I believe other buyers too) truly appreciate all constructive comments and suggestions and no thanks to all the brainless comments or accusations. Anyway, the matter has already been escalated up to high level at EM. I always presume EW and SPS should be similar.. The workmanship for my newly VP Setia Ecohill units is average, not top notch for sure, have a number of defects such as hairline cracks. Nevertheless, all these defects I presume can be rectified without serious problem. This post has been edited by samkps: Dec 6 2015, 09:14 PM |

QUOTE(Jasoncat @ Dec 6 2015, 09:29 PM) Yes bro, go there to see what they tell you - at least you may have a better feel how real is the situation and how serious they are to handle it, rather than just listen to the forummers (including me) which can be biased. I am eager to know when the wall fencing surrounding Cradleton will collapse... |

Ew to confirm is d fence design to lean like tower of Pisa or teluk intan.how come I can built a 3000psf shelter with conquas std n not this previously so acclaimed developer Hehehe, I presume majority of purchasers are not from the same industry with you too. That's why need your expertise to pinpoint the differences and how it suppose to do mah. Since you have build a 3000 psf shelter with conquas standard, why not share with us some of the progress pictures, for us to make comparison? Mind to share which project is that? |
