Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought it is okay for them to ask for disbursement fees of 30%

10% for SNP
20% For Pilings and Ground Works

Am I not right?

Usually the progressive billings will have an architect to approve the progression as well.. So should be okay IMHO

it was writen in the SNP how developer draw the money from bank,

not only architect approve,
the bank also will do their job to check on the progress

Should be 20% progress claim... Cannot be 30%
10% upon signing snp
10% completion of foundation
15% completion of structural frame up to ur unit
....
You can refer to schedule H in snp
For your info... The progress claim is all the same for all development under HDA

Should be 10% only as they still doing the foundation work. Cannot b claiming the 15% of the structural frame.

The next upcoming payment should be the completion of sewerage system which is 5%. Expected by January 2016. Structural will be later of 2016. Got this update from their office.

Just kowtim my government loan, loan agreement letter to be submitted tmrw.

Still waiting for the progress billing from the developer

Same haven't receive any disbursement from bank for progressive billing..

Anyone contact developer office / bank regarding this for Block A..?

If I'm not mistaken the letter is not stating that the bank has already disbursed 135k to developer, instead it's a letter of advice from lawyer to the bank to advice the bank to release the first 135k to MBSB, the bridging loan financier and the subsequent payment to the developer's HDA account.

Yes, sewerage works first. Probably first quarter 2016.

I don't see this 5% in the architect fee collection list.... How this came from? The item in the list split?
