There's no PRIMA in Casa Green, it's RUMAWIP.
Depends on when you sign it and how soon the lawyer execute it.
Try check with your lawyer.

Actually I'm not so sure on this construction thingy..

But Block B billing was out in Oct, i assume those are works above ground level.
For foundation works, I assume it's completed when they done covering up the holes after inserting the piling.

Also based on picture, the lack of piling machine(s) and the tower crane standing tall for block A - we can guess that the foundation should be completed by then.

I have gotten back the stamped loan agreement & stamped SPA from lawyer. Next step wait for billing? Or...?

I just received a call from my Maybank banker. He told me that my bank already disbursed RM135k to developer. Does anyone facing the same situation as me? I am first time buyer so not really sure on the progressive billing thingy but as I heard from developer, they will start asking from bank to disburse money from bank according to the construction progress. So far I went to the site they just doing the base? Not even saw the structure of the car park yet. Is it reasonable for developer to ask my bank to disburse RM135k which is equal to 30% of the amount i loan from bank??

Please advice as I am really clueless. Btw, I am block B owner.

progress seems very slow, only few bangla work at site, YTD I yet receive any notification yet for disbursement, I am Block A owner.
