How much are your loan legal fees? The one that u need to pay after paying off 10% full downpayment.

Am still waiting for [developer/GTS lawyer firm] to call me to sign the Loan Agreement + SnP Agreement  According to the Beacon amoi, my lawyer is 'GTS' firm. Until now nobody called to sign final Loan agreement.  Anyone here know normally how long does the bank/lawyer process such Loan agreement? Thanks. |

Block A owner, anyone receive letter from RHB request some document from your solicitor and say that may cancel your loan if didn't receive it on time?
