should be the standardize height as casa green got 38 floors while z residence only got 26 floors so you can expect that the ceiling height should be normal like any other ordinary condo or apartment.

I checked but forgotten the unit ceiling height but the car park ceiling is definitely lower compare to the standard floor (above 7 floor). The car park is something like 7-8 ft (If not mistaken).

there is no info about ceiling height in the S&P... The height should be common as 10 feet.. actual you will be getting is 9++ feet.

i think the interest rate depends on the loan amount also....

it can go lower if u borrow more....

What are the fees that we suppose to pay upon/after signing SPA out of the remaining 15k downpayment? Is it only stamp duty and loan agreement? can both settled by 8k?? i need advice from those who have signed SPA, so i can buffer my money...Thanks.....

I've got 4.45. RHB quoted me 4.55 as well but thier service is too slow until they call me request for docs when I've already signed another loan. Slow!

Katanya waiting for invoice from developer to bank to release loan to collect my stamped Loan Agreement.

The interest I was paying previously was for my MRTA.

8k is more than enough. Standard should be around 4000-4500 for first house buyer according to some other buyers and myself.
