How does the quality of sinarjuta property?
Few mas with price between 199k to 260k.

Siner juta is newly established company. In terms of quality, ur guess is as good as mine. I seriously believe u should buy in an area which u like and proud to own. Factors which u can't control, no point worrying bout it. As property market is dynamic, a rut today might be a great deal.

Just wonder should the SNP and LA done together as I signed all of them at the same day? Is there any implication if there's delay?

I need the Loan Agreement for my EPF withdrawal and it's hanging half way pending for the LA.

You need LA to withdraw epf? I tot only need stamped snp and Loan LO?

The loan agreement need wait the bank release money to developer only can stamp back. You don't have bring the loan offer letter to draw the EPF too? Lawyer told me can bring SPA and loan letter offer to draw it out. Waiting next year to draw it out coz now year end EPF will give interest brows.gif

I just received a letter from SF Chin, they ask me to issue a cheque with RM240 to RHB for administrative & handling fee..Does anybody here also received the same letter? Btw, i not yet sign loan agreement..so fast ask me to pay.. sweat.gif

If you are Block C owner, the bill was out and the due date is 04 Dec 2015.

They send to us using registered mail.

Should be all units as this 10% is for the foundation. But i have not get any letter yet.

but this condo 2019 only completed. why you guys wan take out epf? for other investment purpose?
