Hi! any owner or expert over here?

Currently management has been very firm on no hacking or chipping on the wall for extra power plug.
Is this normal?
New condo nowadays cannot put extra power plug?

Pls ask them back, why their appointed renovation contractor can add power points?

Just don't hack or chip the RC wall. Building is too tall, very dangerous if everyone do something on the RC wall.
Rest of the walls, you can go ahead.

No hacking offcoz, but chipping the wall to add extra power plug was not an issue in ZR.

Here you go, plenty of rental ads in the market (825 sqft is rumahwip unit): https://www.mudah.my/Malaysia/Properties-20...green&so=1&st=u
Agents happily helping rumahwip owner to find tenants.

Please share if got any enforcement done by the authority or management. Thank you.

same rate. same calculation as per non rumahwip blocks. coz everyone sharing the same facilities to use.
but if compare rumahwip share unit vs non rumahwip share unit, of course rumahwip will get lesser share unit (paying lesser) due to smaller unit size.
825 sqft VS 1000+ sqft.
