Although the finishing is quite up to expectation and with great facilities...But Current BJ market is supply more than demand...not that easy to rent and fetch good rental price. Let's see what is going to happened later on.

Today I had arranged appointment to view the unit after key collection session with the management. Overall is satisfying.

Frankly said the built in area especially room abit small. But it’s still acceptable for me as the unit consists of 3 rooms and 3 washrooms. Finishing part is fine for me just that I found out the wall and ceiling paint slightly crack and wet. Perhaps the painting not yet fully dry. Anyway this is small matter.

The surprise side is all of the common unit is very good. Gym room is very large. Swimming pool and their changing room is quite comfy. Common areas thumbs up 👍🏽.

I also collected my key. In general the project is quite ok. Toilet is big (I didn't expect that) , rooms are small (ID become important here), kitchen and yard is very spacious, balcony is very big and nice. The Gym is really fantastic. Swimming pool is big but the wading pool water is not clean. The iron grill design is ugly.

lets see.. if i see one, i will still try to report on those who abuse the rumawip scheme and let them explain.

For those who intended to rent rumawip unit, please go ahead because if you don't pay the rent, the owner can't do anything too as they break the law first.

Yes. This is only the 2nd RUMAHWIP that able to share facility with open normal sales unit.
But now all new launch RUMAHWIP wont happen. Will seperate.
