It was 2019 as per contract. 42 months/3.5 years delivery from the date you sign S&P. They started work in Q3/Q4 2015, the building structure looks almost complete. Early buyers S&P signings took place in Q4 2015. So 3.5 years is actually end of Q1 2019. Looking at the pace I think they would be completing 6-9 months earlier than promised around Q1 or latest by Q2 2018.

Yes for OKR, a lot of people likes the area actually, cheaper ones surely get SAPU-ed worrying that new projects going to cost more if they wanna stay at that area

It's because our loan is with the bank, so MoC is to charge the property with the bank until we finish our loan then discharge. If you're a cash buyer, no MoC (Memorandum of Charge) applicable
