aiyoyo.....!!! I didn't know car park issue can be such sensational. My personal experience is that at first, I couldn't locate my parking spot, as mentioned by others, me too didn't know there is double layer level and the numbering for parking spot seem same for each floor, after checking the letter tgt with the map of carpark, finally i found my carpark spot. To be honest, it doesn't bother me for the double layer levelling as not much different i think, i care more about the workmanship of my unit and the building as whole, well, overall i quite satisfy with the workmanship of coz is not perfect but still can tahan la if compare with others project. Mind sharing what is the defect of ur units? i want see if my units have the same problem thx

if i not mistaken, those that have direct ramp up bypass few levels parking have commercial units below and need separate parking space.

I've Paid The MOT in full during VP around June, My lawyers said that it need time to do the transfer etc. Now already Oct and I have yet to heard anything about this from my lawyers. Between I didn't received any documents or receipts for the payment for MOT, should I be worry? do you guys received anything after u paid the MOT? I remember my lawyers said will give u a copy of document once the transfer is complete. any sifu here for advice?

I think is the new law that force developers to transfer within certain period of time, not sure how long. The lawyers letter did mention need to pay within 3 month if not mistaken or else there will be penalty for late transfer.

Ive no idea why u so unhappy with your condo, for myself my condo of coz is not perfect but is acceptable only minor defect even though I have complaint few times before I take the keys yet they cant do much.. I knew they got try to repair but really sienz keep complaint the same thing and yet cannot do to ur like-ing.!!! for the leakage is just happened so I give them time to repair, cant comment much now..!! another things, the construction for citizen 2 really noisy..!!!

another thing im not very happy is the minor road infront of citizen, im sure in future it will be super jam since it share with both citizen..!! this really piss me off..!!
