How difficult to solve issue like this?
File a defect form, ssk mght to contact the upstair owner n start repaiting his side of leaksge

And come down to yr unit n mske good any damages.

Since this unit is still under warranty developer should be responsible to make good of any units.

I helieve it inky said no lad is ckaimable rite? Not abt once take key you void all warranty.

By the way the 2yrs warranty is complusory under the housing act.....

Aiya lu boh soong the quality and developer then find another channel to verge yr frastration and bring shame to developer lah...


Dun said once collected keys you signed off that the unit is perfect and no defect claims are allowable.

This is very misleading especially to 1st time home owners....

Google and find the lady that complaint kau kau with mkh...the builder of saville bangsar ...
She posted video text and macam macam on youtube...

In the end she was throw in jail by developer for breaching their agreenent....

Good case study .but make sure you stay out of jail. I got no time to visit you in jail either sg buloh or kajang

I bet some don't even have proper toilet training.

but lets not find excuse for developer. if you want to be developer and make millions and drive fancy cars, its your responsibility to reduce defects to the min. but these days, owners tend to find excuses on behalf of developers...….and accepted these defects...…

if developer really have heart to improve their built quality, they can sign up for consquas or other similar built quality system.....but do they even care???????

DLP wasnt granted by developer lah...it was made compulsory under Housing Act. you think without gov regulations, they are so hor sim to provide 2 years? remember last time only 1yr nia.....you blink you lose jor.

if you asked, and the developer buat tak tahu, then its a defaulting part of developer.

was surprised that none of buyer of ciz 1 buyers even asked the developer.

developer also is on the mode of 'if you ask, I should tell' basis.

even land reserved for mosque, they will just marked either 'empty land' or 'future development'.
