With the current economy condition, I hope they will not sacrifice quality just for the sake of maintaining their tight budget! Sometimes being a developer is really different from being a main con. Can anyone here advise how long it usually takes to get back the 9% rebates (credit note) from developer? Upon signing of spa? or stamping of spa? Actually I am quite worried now.

Yes the developer is making good progress on the construction of Citizen @ Old Klang Road based on the photos. Not only are the foundation and piling works completed but they have reached the second floor of the building. This is no doubt as a result of the vibrant sales of the project. Upon our checking with the sales office, more than 80% of the units in Citizen are sold todate. We also noticed that the selling price is still very reasonable since it's official launch in October 2015. Therefore the project remains an excellent proposition even to late comers to the game.
