I didnt attend the launching day bcz outstation but I went to Gallery just few days later, left units too high floor and unfavourable for me due to higher price of RM 900 psf, thats quite steep compore to lower floor that I preferred. But the SA only quoted me 5% rebates.

yes indeed the units below 800psf n 2 room r gd buy although mus battle with high supply in BJ n within the condo itself! high parking fr small unit is a problem as well!
