I didnt attend the launching day bcz outstation but I went to Gallery just few days later, left units too high floor and unfavourable for me due to higher price of RM 900 psf, thats quite steep compore to lower floor that I preferred. But the SA only quoted me 5% rebates.
NVM wait for the project next to pavillion 2 by Skyworld
I'm buying 873k, can't recall after rebate price because didn't really calculate, but i know block A still have units in higher floor cheaper than my purchase price, same build up.
