A bit sad to hear this...will collect my key soon. Hopefully everything will be ok.

Car park is a very important criteria to me because we drive in & out everyday & we don't want it to be a challenge everytime we park our cars. Sadly, most developers don't pay much attention to it. Hopefully it's not as bad as the car park in Vortex which is the worst car park I've been to. Almost undrivable.

Sometimes they purposely designed it to be narrower to stop ppl from speeding and reckless driving. U know lah....we malaysiams....

But vortex carpark.......they should put a sign at entrance that read like this

'The car park is designed for A segment cars only.'

I was once followed a mazda cx5 driver in front......its worse than waiting for paint to dry.......seeing the driver try to navigate his or her way out from 6th floor........i swear i can have roti canai and teh tarik at car park, finished my meal and he still not made it out yet.

Collected the key as well. Found 17 defects on the unit.


Agreed on the carpark took me sometime to reach to mine level 4 carpark and I am can’t find the way out when try to exit

notice few floors of the car park still a lot of work still need to be done and there aren’t any proper lighting in there yet

Yesterday 8pm night visit mine unit the corridor to mine unit they dint turn on the corridor light

Feel they rush on the vp and still some work need to be done on the commond facility. Unfair for us that start to pay the maintenance fee.

What will be the best offer from the Airbnb operator? Anyone compare already?

Bad deal. You check the rental fetchable from swiss garden residency you know. Swiss garden is an older place now, it is at a disadvantage compared to Robertson. There is no problem for robertson to establish itself a name in the same space.

p/s: I think there is a problem trying to measure the rental return based on psf. Perhaps the smaller built up has higher psf rental and the bigger built up has lower psf rental.

Some tiles obvious scratch mark from they moving in the furniture and some tiles chip off at the edges

The ceiling Light hole oversize when they make the hole

Window full of the protective film glue stain

One piece of the cabinet panel crack.

Acceptable Minor defect can be rectify but was hoping more from gamuda

Yes is a king size bed.

Any owner here with the same design? Mine bedroom the mirror on the top is not full height to the ceiling still have gap around 1.5inch was told all the unit are the same. Just would like to know is full height or there will be still some gap?

Mine is the same type as yours. Wondering to get a queen or king. Find the room a bit small.
I also want to make an access from the wardrobe area so that visitor can get to washroom without go tru master.
mine minor defect but notice rust at washroom glass door handle.
yours come with heater? Cant find power point in washroom.

Is your unit at the high floor or low floor ? RM3000 at least for renting to airbnb operator, maybe RM2500 for direct long term tenancy. devil.gif

Ya agreed on the rental bit too low most them using swiss garden as a standard for the rental.

So far most the offer get range from 2800 to 3000 for a fully furnish 689sf any one got a better offer?
