Where did you receive the update?

Need to login to MyDiGi, then go to Store & Orders but their portal is very slow in loading. Need to wait at least 3~5 minutes until the order page comes out.

Hey guys,

I need some help, when i get an iphone 7 from DIGI, does it comes with warranty card or and how do i see it is a Malaysia set

Any one can help?

Thanks

Hi, Malaysia set is MY, you can check in your iPhone details in settings. Or you can check behind the iPhone box. Description in Malays language, mine is MN4V2MY/A.

No need warranty card because Digi was recorded your phone IMEI in their system. Just bring back to Digi to request RMA. I was experienced this before with my iPhone 6 Plus.

Warranty is not by DiGi. It's by Apple. So you have to walk into Apple reseller for warranty.

For those who has same problem. Unable to restore from iCloud. Follow these steps

1. Set up as new phone.
2. Go to settings>General>Software update. (The first batch comes with ios 10.0.1 and you have to update it to 10.0.2)
3. Go and reset all your contents and settings.
4. This time restore from iCloud.
5. Enjoy

Anyone using the new SIM card sent together with the iPhone 7? Activation okay? Mine still waiting for it to be active (since 1pm).

Two years ago, Digi took almost a week to activate the SIM for my new iPhone 6. I think my number is cursed. bruce.gif

Yes I know, of course Digi will send back to Apple HQ to replace new one. I sent my iPhone 6 Plus to Digi to claim warranty last time. If you buy from Digi, then Digi got responsibility to handle this. My past story, http://community.digi.com.my/t5/iOS/Warran...hlight/true#M13

Yes, I think Digi has changed the procedure sometime last year (not sure the exact time). Service/repair is now handled by Apple Authorised Service Providers.

You can find the service centers here (you can even enter the telco Digi, Maxis etc etc) :
