Hi, I’m using Digi postpaid 90 bundle with iPhone 11 and my line have been barred. I’m in Singapore now and when I use Singapore SIM card I can make and receive call on the iPhone but unable to use data. It shows 4G and I already called the customer service here and seems to be no any issues. Is it possible Digi can lock the data connection to be used with other telco sim card ? The customer service here advice me to test with other phone but at the moment I only have 1 phone. Is there any setting need to be done ? Kindly help. Thanks
