Hi Owners, I’m in the midst of purchasing a unit here, now pending urusetia’s review and approval. Went to Lanai for a site visit on 22/09/2020 and was taken to see a contractor’s “show” unit on the top floor i.e 29th.
I was a bit concerned on the build quality/finishing by the Developer, especially on the stairs. Not sure if anyone noticed (since majority of the units are still unoccupied), but the stairs on the 29th floor looks a bit “unfinished” and rough. (?) Is this normal?
I asked the Marketing staff who called me to offer the said unit, but he said he was unaware of the said situation.

Not sure if the owner is really default or default deliberately so that it can trigger the auction process to encash it...if it is the later feel like not worth it as it would have tainted the owner’s record right?

Not many owners are here, I’d suggest you to join the Tele group instead. As for renovation, there’s a certain Mr Chan who has renovated quite a number of units here and the prices offered is extremely competitive.
