QUOTE(Franko @ Sep 23 2020, 09:51 PM) Hi Owners, I’m in the midst of purchasing a unit here, now pending urusetia’s review and approval. Went to Lanai for a site visit on 22/09/2020 and was taken to see a contractor’s “show” unit on the top floor i.e 29th. hi bro, do you mind sharing how to still purchase a unit now? Im looking for my first own stay prop and eyeing on bukit jalil since close to home.. thxI was a bit concerned on the build quality/finishing by the Developer, especially on the stairs. Not sure if anyone noticed (since majority of the units are still unoccupied), but the stairs on the 29th floor looks a bit “unfinished” and rough. (?) Is this normal? I asked the Marketing staff who called me to offer the said unit, but he said he was unaware of the said situation. https://pictr.com/images/2020/09/24/7LGFYu.md.jpg |

Im looking for my first own stay prop and eyeing on bukit jalil since close to home.. thx Unfortunately, I think it’s already sold out, my unit was the 2nd last available unit. If you’re eyeing for Bukit Jalil WIP, the available project at the moment is Residensi Aman Bukit Jalil. It’s even bigger @ 900 sqft, but I heard the layout planning is a bit poor, in a sense that your walls are directly connected to the walkway, there’s no gap for privacy etc. |

Not sure if the owner is really default or default deliberately so that it can trigger the auction process to encash it...if it is the later feel like not worth it as it would have tainted the owner’s record right?

Not many owners are here, I’d suggest you to join the Tele group instead. As for renovation, there’s a certain Mr Chan who has renovated quite a number of units here and the prices offered is extremely competitive. |
