i think usual procedure.

5k, choose 3 banks. if 3 banks also not approve, then give a letter by the bank stating not approved and will return 5k.

else, u have to proceed.

not sure if 2 reject but 1 approve. i think need proceed if one approve

Last time i booked a unit for a setia alam apartment but i didnt go the balloting because the number of purchaser is very high compare to available unit. And sp setia will call you if you are chosen.

actually thinking, will berjaya staff actually stay there and commute to times square?

just thinking for future terms

are there berjaya company nearby bukit jalil? i.e berjaya golf course. other than that? any?
