i was told that the date (23/1/2017) cannot be changed as it was set by the govt.
no extra car park to be sold / to be rented.

For those who wants to go times square office, you can prepare the following first before you go to avoid unnecessary trouble.
*Their break time is 1pm-2pm.

1. Cheque
Write your name and contact number behind the cheque. *some bank requires supporting document to issue banker's cheque. Just print out the invitation email will do.
2. Photostat IC
Cross your photostate IC with "Residensi Lanai, Bukit Jalil", both front & back.
3. Envelop
Buy an envelop to keep your photostat IC & cheque.
Write your name, contact number, email, and "Residensi Lanai, Bukit Jalil" on the envelop.
4. Proxy (if you want someone else to represent you to go for ballot)
Fill in & get the chop from sworn officer.

i want to ask, the balloting is to decide which unit right?
so once you pay the 5k booking fees one of the unit is belong to you unless you are unable to secure the loan.
then why bother go balloting? because you cant choose your unit.

Last time i booked a unit for a setia alam apartment but i didnt go the balloting because the number of purchaser is very high compare to available unit. And sp setia will call you if you are chosen.

It's quite difficult as they asked you to pay RM5k first.. if you don't like the unit and decided to pull out.. it's not going to be full refund already I guess.. argh dilemma.. ahaha

so, do check your CTOS or CCRIS or consult bankers to find out your financial status 1st before going for ballot.

i did not compare this project with other Rumawip projects. this project was open for application since last year Jan'15 to internal staff, our internal due date was Feb'15. many staff gave up after waited for almost a year. internal staff dont get to reserve preferred unit as well. the only good thing for internal staff is, we have 500 units quota for internal staff and that is all 

one good thing i see in this project is the Golf View/Scenery.
other than that, there are so many cons:-
1. the project is not really that cheap
2. a primary school behind the apartment, i foresee it is noisy like hell
3. facing highway, noise and dust
4. far from LRT, 1.2km from LRT Bukit Jalil, 2km+ from LRT Sri Petaling
5. high density. traffic is a problem
6. a national stadium opposite the apartment...free noise again

yes...pull out immediately after ballot result can get full refund. this is what i was told by my marketing colleague.
another pro is, walking distance to big events, save car park $$ and transport.

i do understand that noise can be reduced, like spending more money to invest in sound proofing walls
