Ultimately it is based on luck so I guess early or late it is the same depending on the pool and quality of units left haha.

I registered thru FB then got an agent call me and facilitate the process. BTW I got 9th floor corner unit facing golf view. Although is low floor but at least not facing arena green and highway. Say Hi to my future neighbour.

Not many people today. Only about 50 ++ and still got unit left. Joined FB already, awaiting approval. BTW would like to ask if we need to engage their panel bank for the loan?

Like what kaizailo85 said..only 50+ people today surprisingly. I found it weird. The number of units left I would estimate it at..at least 100. I got a unit 16th floor facing highway. I think it's high enough from the highway gua haha

Yes to get free legal fees. I guess maybank should be the cheapest for the project and loan amount at 4.35%. Coz Ambank just increase their BR rate effective now at 4.40%.

new to this topic. How to go about submitting documents? Saw som said through agent and the website says to putrajaya. Have also seen that the closing date for submission is 22nd September 2017. Any guidance here?

Most of us submitted by hand to Berjaya Times Square office. Level 12 if not mistaken.

That also included 100 unit bumi reserve lot.

Thanks for the info AskarPerang. Missed the earlier submission dateline and gave up. Checked for other developements 2 days back and saw reopen. Hope can get a unit and be part of the community.

Just wondering what factors made you guys choose this one over the rest of the projects?

Freehold. BJ. But 300k is a steep price for a rumahwip apartment without facilities. Most other rumahwip offering swimming pool, gym, and other facilities at 300k. Even AK got a rumahwip pricing at 230k with facilities.

And this is high density. 27 units per floor operate with 5 lifts. The only positive is hoping for the maintenance fees to be reasonable low price as compare to other rumahwip.
