I dont think got 4.2%. Cheapest was 4.3%.
Previous rate all yet to kena the 0.25% interest hike.
Now 4.55% after the hike is consider normal.
4.3% + 0.25% = 4.55%

meaning? project still open? can use any other bank panel besides listed agent?
