Does anyobe know how many % discount range off retail do shops in Japan normally give for Seiko presage models?

from what i read is that it is the usual 8% if you pay with your visa card.

For example the cocktail retail price is 55k yen which is more than 2k rm.
Is the listed price at the store normally lower than retail?

take BIC camera as an example. they have before tax price, which is the price for us. on top of that you can get the usual 8% off that "before tax" price

Is it just me or did that video make it look like it was either a quartz or ran at something like 18k bph?
