Hi, may I know that during winding a 7s26 watch, instead of shaking it, is it ok to give it a mild jerk horiontally so that the rotor will spin for several rotations per jerk? will jerking as such wear the movt more as time goes by?

U have a snzg with display back right.. jerk and see if it rotates few round.

So will it wear the movt more than that if I shake it?

I have just bought myself a used 2nd Gen Orange Monster from Cash Converter.
I saw it on display on Sunday and had a look at it, tried it on my wrist and it does not fit (I have a big wrist).
The watch was in good condition and the glass was not scratched. There were scratches on the steel band but that was expected.
It did come with the box or a warranty card. Is was on sale for RM530.00 but I did not buy it to give myself some thinking time.

Today I thought to myself that with the prices of the Seiko Monster going for RM900 above and the Orange Monster being a rarity now, I decided to buy it, luckily it was still there.
Might go to my local watch shops to ask to see if they have any spare links available or get a shark mesh for it and keep the original bracelet. I'm not into nato straps.

So what do you think, did I get a bargain at RM530.00 for the Orange Monster?

On a more serious note, I am planning to mod the SKX into a 12hr bezel. Still Yobokies is the one to go or is there better options now?

hi all Seiko sifus.. I saw skywatches selling skx007k2 for sgd180 which convert to less than rm600, is it safe to buy from them? is there any catch to be aware of?

Went down to Ho Chuan watch in JB yesterday. Bloody awesome selection of Seikos he got there. Supposedly biggest Seiko Dealer in JB when I googled. Peter the owner, is a really cool guy too.
