I did sent back for RMA once and when I got it back it was still the same problem. Today I went back to the shop, told them the problem and also that I did sent back for RMA before, so they gave me a new replacement unit.

Yea my mouse was sent back to Ban Leong and when I took it home it seems that the problem was still there and it double clicks more often before I sent back for RMA.

At least they gave me a new unit now and hopefully it will not have the clicking problem anymore. QUOTE(wiLL*lianG @ Jan 15 2007, 01:40 AM) i got the same double click problm also... sigh... single = double click... If i dont hav any receipt, can make rma? Most of the time they will send it back for RMA unless you are the unlucky one that they insist for receipt to do RMA. Otherwise, should be no problem, good luck !

Getting Started

|
May I know the address of Ban Leong in SS2? or a specific location where it is? My copperhead rubber-coated buttons there got scratched by the usb cable when i put it in my bag last time. It's quite annoying when clicking it. The rubber buttons are like a skin getting peeled off. This kind of problem can RMA or not? I'm thinking of buying the copperhead pro tools kit but it voids warranty and i just want to replace the rubber-coated buttons, not the whole upper casing. (the casing very ugly ) So any ideas? anyone met this problem before?
