Anyone experiencing weird clicking with copperhead? My mouse click button seems to be extremely sensitive eventhough I've already configured it to the lowest double clicking sensitivity.

Same problem here too. I did sent back for RMA once and when I got it back it was still the same problem. Today I went back to the shop, told them the problem and also that I did sent back for RMA before, so they gave me a new replacement unit. biggrin.gif

Yea my mouse was sent back to Ban Leong and when I took it home it seems that the problem was still there and it double clicks more often before I sent back for RMA.

At least they gave me a new unit now and hopefully it will not have the clicking problem anymore.

Most of the time they will send it back for RMA unless you are the unlucky one that they insist for receipt to do RMA. Otherwise, should be no problem, good luck ! smile.gif

May I know the address of Ban Leong in SS2? or a specific location where it is?

My copperhead rubber-coated buttons there got scratched by the usb cable when i put it in my bag last time. It's quite annoying when clicking it. The rubber buttons are like a skin getting peeled off. This kind of problem can RMA or not?

I'm thinking of buying the copperhead pro tools kit but it voids warranty and i just want to replace the rubber-coated buttons, not the whole upper casing. (the casing very ugly sweat.gif ) So any ideas? anyone met this problem before? icon_question.gif
