May I know the address of Ban Leong in SS2? or a specific location where it is?

My copperhead rubber-coated buttons there got scratched by the usb cable when i put it in my bag last time. It's quite annoying when clicking it. The rubber buttons are like a skin getting peeled off. This kind of problem can RMA or not?

I'm thinking of buying the copperhead pro tools kit but it voids warranty and i just want to replace the rubber-coated buttons, not the whole upper casing. (the casing very ugly sweat.gif ) So any ideas? anyone met this problem before? icon_question.gif

your rubber coated button scratch, obviously warranty wont cover that cos its your own fault.

Really? haih... I guess I'll just have to use it till the very end then peel all the rubber stuff off. cry.gif

I saw your post about a carbon fibre casing in the 1st edition of pro tools kit, have you found it?

A good review, but I'm getting worried about how fragile the rubber coating on the mouse it. Will it start peeling off or breaking apart in a few months after use?

It won't get dmged if you use it carefully, try avoid water or hand's sweat on it for a long time, avoid getting near to something hard or sharp objects and most importantly don't put it inside a bag with the whole wire and usb connector if you're going to a LAN match or gaming. The usb connector will definitely scratch it, that's my lesson for my mistake to my precious copperhead sad.gif
