Dashboard & Kernel version updated from 2.0.4548.0 to 2.0.4552.0

honestly I can feel a slight increase in performance as loading times are a bit better now. Other than that, everything feels the same...

to further add, there are reports that this upgrade works fine with the you-know-what consoles, cheers.
