This one I didn't hear from the SA directly.

developer is promoting block C using unresistable package, flippers in block A and B have diff way to fight with Block C low dow payment and cash back deal..
btw, heard that there will be shuttle bus from ivory to MRT station when mrt is ready?

That would be good. There's definitely the volume for the bus service to earn some profit. Where did you hear it from?

from ivory to SAujana MRT station is about 5km, not near though....

Good if it's true. There's already a bus stop already built right in front of the shoplots which is next to Ivory Residence and in walking distance. It's better than nothing for sure.

Just visited the place today, you can view the show unit in Block C anyway I went and look around the area, there are some flaws like there is no covered pathway among the blocks or to the swimming pool if its raining.

Those that bough forest view or kajang town view for block A, there seems to be some development happening, and TLS agent not able to confirm what is it about.

Ameera will VP in 4 months, and even from outside looks goods.

Keys will be given by third week November, parking is side by side.

Regarding the flyover to bypass the traffic light and the connection to the highway behind, TLS staff said they already made their contribution waiting MPK to chase after the other developers and construct it.

Need your advise here.
