If this is true, it will be a short life span for 6s.
Should have done this long ago instead of every year racing to launch b4 Christmas for certain countries.
*
I honestly don't see this happening though. Apple's not crazy enough to do a Sony and have a so-called flagship launch every 6 months.

Nice... one 6 Plus user contemplating to move to Note 5 and a Note 5 user contemplating to move to 6S Plus... biggrin.gif

6 Plus users (except the fanboys, of course) will willingly testify that the experience on the 6 Plus was a little frustrating. Some lags, bugs and the overall user experience was not as smooth as one would come to expect from Apple. But the phone made up for it with it's insane battery life. The 6S Plus is a much more refined experience and you can't go wrong with it, except need to pay that hefty price tag.

I'm pretty sure the Note 5 is leaps and bounds ahead of the Note 4 and its predecessors, but it is still an Android phone and the common Android problems remain. That's not to say iOS is not without it's fair share of problems. If you are not deeply invested into the iOS ecosystem, then you can easily switch to Android and try it, and vice versa.

Read the site properly, it says to being forward he launching of ip7, not about launching more phones.
Wise move if to meet year end sales target
*
Yea, I know, I just don't see them having a new launch within the next 6 months or so given that they're still enjoying brisk sales of the 6S. Well, who knows, maybe if sales start to drop then we could get a surprise during WWDC...

and by the way, HN treat the payment differently for the purchase of IT products or gadgets than to their home living stuffs.

Especially Apple products, where they imply higher upfront charges.
*
Yes, I remember they wanted to charge me 4% if I opted for EPP when I bought my MacBook from them, but no additional charges if I buy a refrigerator on EPP. Ended up buying cash biggrin.gif

Traded in my bent iphone 6 16gb to senq for RM1650 off on my purchase of 6s 64gb. 24 months 0% installment (but need RM21 + 90 processing fees).

Warranty is 2 years but first year is covered by Digi, second year by senq. Nice thing is they give 7 days 1 to 1 exchange.

So far so good I guess.
*
Good price considering its a bent iPhone

Hi everyone, currently using an iphone 6s umobile set, i feel the home button is a bit clicky.. As in it is not solid when small pressure is applied to it, anyone facing the same problem? Should i go and claim another set?
*
I think it'll be hard to claim a new one for that reason. It's very subjective. They may ask you to leave it at their service center to check.

Then maybe we should all email apple and complain. This isn't acceptable as Apple prides themselves with their Apple experience.
*
Yes, at almost every Apple Keynote, they mention their C-sat is at 98% or so, and generally they provide very good service at their stores. Just the resellers we have here sucks, haha

the batt life of the 6s is.... sweat.gif

hmm....

technically is ios supposed to be better in optimizing batt life?
*
The 6 and 6S battery is an improvement over the 5S for sure, but not as stellar as that of the Plus models, which was one of the reasons I chose the Plus model..

Anyone experiencing this with your iPhone with 9.1?

The Touch ID sometimes cannot read your finger, either you lock the screen and on again for it to read the finger.
*
Me! Me! Initially I thought it was a hardware problem with my phone coz I don't see many in this forum thread reporting this. It happens on and off, so it's nothing that bothers me too much. Was thinking I can still live with it till the 11th month then send it for warranty claim, ha ha...

How high is the rate if occurance in a day?
*
Maybe once or twice a day max... The thing is, when the Touch ID doesn't work, then I unlock it using passcode, use it for few seconds, lock it then try to unlock it again using Touch ID and it works. Strange.

Just went to Harvey Norman, staff there told me 0% EPP and no upfront payment, but they force you to buy their phone accessories(casing/SP/warranty), and most importantly their accessories/warranty are not cheap at all, what a bad experience!  mad.gif
*
I don't know about the accessories but the extra warranty is a rip off... Just walk away and try SenQ or Senheng. Better pay the processing fee then buy those overpriced stuffs.
