First yes a bit dull. The last episode got a nice battle scene though. Worth watching.

I think it's basically a generation or around 50 years after the events at the start of Viking series where the Danes already have permenant foothold in England.

It was the early period towards the end of anglo-saxon dominance in England. 2 centuries later, England was invaded by the Normans which was also decendants of the Vikings (Rollo in the Viking series).

Since nothing interest me at this moment (I tried James Clavell's Shogun but couldn't find streams) so started watching movies instead. Found Lost Legion. Quite gooding. Story B grade. Other gooding... AAA..
