How do you know when it is reflected? TM site don't provide real time update on payment. Have to wait statement. Mohon ajar
*
can check in payment history inside TM OCC:

paid TM Unifi bill using Wise at Sam's Groceria @ Nu Sentral. Confirmed MCC 5411, eligible for Wise's Grocery category.

haven't call CS to confirm MCC but should be under Groceries since reloading TNG there also tagged as Grocery category dy. gonna wait few days to confirm and post the receipt, etc.

you can Unifi, Streamyx, TM phone bills, Astro too. showed them my Unifi ebill on the phone, double-triple checked the account number.

1) I am sure that almost all of us in this thread have Hong Leong Bank Wise Gold Card, instead of the Platinum Card. So, we cannot dial 1-800-38-8830 (Platinum hotline) , for our credit card enquires, right?

2) How do I enable the option to have e-statement for this credit card?

Thanks for the information.  smile.gif
*
1) yes you can dial the 1800 number. i do this all the time, they dont discriminate biggrin.gif
2) HL Connect > Home > Statement / Invoice > Email Subscription

Thank you so much, cybpsych  notworthy.gif
So, by opting for e-Statement, the bank will not send us the hardcopy statement, right?

I understand that. I guess that many of us choose e-Statement for sake of convenience.  smile.gif

4 main reasons for estatements:

1) fast. get estatements 1 day after your bill date. super gooding.
2) estatements now comes with category tagging for your eligible transactions.
3) email directly. basically u are archiving your statements in inbox. can dig out anytime, anywhere.
4) save the tree, save mother earth, save the world biggrin.gif

*
check statement history.

any transactions after bill date will be shown in the main history (unbilled).

Thanks, fruitie for your answer.

Looks like it will be difficult for me to maximize CB since petrol and departmental store are difficult to control. The only thing is Mobile I can add another RM5.
*
petrol also can control using manual amount to be pumped.

I only pump RMx5 when bearing end of the month. e.g. I've pumped RM55 this morning , expected to last till 1-2 Nov.

Yup, you are right. Will do what you suggest.

I initially also had a struggle on how to set each transaction to be RM50 exact each swipe coz I didn't know how to do that at their pump terminal. After a while only got a hang of it.
*
some pumps, u can set the amount, but it doesn't stop filling after reaching that set amount vmad.gif

monitor closely if the meter happily spinning nearing RM45 sweat.gif

This is pretty obvious never ask for assistance before using the preset value. God give us mouth is to talk, not zip it and rant in front of a monitor doh.gif
*
dont put words into my mouth and dont assume what i've done.

not every station is the same, not every machine behave as expected. i've done this with and without staff's assistance, even they stood next to me checking the machine. at the end, they'll just shrug off saying machine issue.

no problem for me, i just avoid using that particular station. there are many alternatives out there.

boss, excel saja.

it has formulas to query my long list of transactions since day 1, then tabulate the monthly spending vs cashback.

Yes, if you can visit Sam's Grocerias, then utilities is only water it seems.

Petrol + groceries. biggrin.gif

Remember ah maximum cash back is only RM 100. biggrin.gif
You can also take up Maybank Ikhwan to maximize your groceries and petrol. biggrin.gif
*
the only question to ask salimbest83, are you anywhere NEAR sam's groceria? hmm.gif laugh.gif

else, you might want to rethink the strategy.

no problem i think. can visit paragon gurney once i a while
( around 4.6km from office only  biggrin.gif  )

might want get ikhwan also since no cost to keep it
*
check with Sam's Groceria there whether they accept TNB payment or not.

Choosing Grocery and Petrol best suits your spending pattern. This will leave Water bills without cashback (negligible since amount is small).

yes yes, if possible, get Ikhwan cuz you're already maxing out Wise's RM100 cashback with Grocery+Petrol alone.

1)can SAM Groceria pay TNB as well? if yes, i will switch to grocery instead of utility.
2)any other thing can pay via SAM Groceria ?
3)any other good trick(place/website) for payment like SAM Groceria and UOB payonline ?
*
first, you need to tell us what you spend monthly, avg amount, etc.

then strategize the payment from there.

Hi. Anybody manged to get cash back as mobile cateogry when reload umobile prepaid at umobile app?
Or any other ways? Tq
*
we both did discuss it at v5 thread smile.gif

not sure if umobile have fixed the merchant name display. i'm avoiding using the app for bill payment.

btw, have you tried Self Care? i'm not sure what are the features in there for Prepaid. I suspect different payment methods: bill payment (postpaid) and reload (prepaid).

yea, in self care there is a top up feature, similar layout with mobile app...
anybody tried either 1 of these before? I am planning to do a top up as my aeon big gift card credit finished already. =X
*
in my experience with postpaid, confirmed under Mobile category. the merchant name displayed correctly.

I guess the prepaid reload in self care would be same.

only way to find out is to test it out smile.gif
