Dunno. At first I registered using a web browser. Nothing happened. Couldn't even buy. I contacted Alexng by whatsapp and he directed me to the app. Shopee sends me offers almost daily to my phone now. Discount vouchers as well.

Hahaha... You'll still need your training wheels. A Subtank is easier. You can use/buy the prebuilt coils while you learn how to coil & wick the RBA head for the Subtank. Learning to wick is the hard part. Get it wrong and you'll get leaks, burnt cotton etc.
There's no safety net for the Bellus ie. no prebuilt coils. If you don't wick it right it'll leak....a lot!
I wouldn't know about the TFV4 other than its goes through liquid fast & it works better with high wattage.
You can pay to Shopee and arrange to collect from Alexng.

No. Not good to go. I just looked at Alexng's page and theres no more IPV D2.
mmsretails has the D2/subtank/batt package but not stated if the Subtank is authentic or clone. The version for the D2 is not stated as well. I have the IPV D2 V2.0 & V3.0. The V3 is the one you want.

Theres other tanks that offers prebuilt coils. Loads of guys/gals here started on the Subtank so you'll have help 24/7 if you need.

Ok. Solved all your problems. I just contacted Alexng, and he has stocks of IPV D2 V3.0 black color. 3 units left. You can buy the Subtank from him as well. Pretty sure its authentic. Alexng's buddy is a forumer here. Buy extra batts. His LG HG2 is the cheapest I've seen.

Everything just works on the D2. Great battery life as well. The V3 improved on the V2.

Hahaha....... Theres other issues with the VTC like under firing as well. I did a lot of research on the VTC then decided against buying it as my D2 V2.0 worked so well. So I ordered a silver colored D2 V3.0 from Alexng and it was better than my V2.0. After that I ordered another silver D2 from Alex...........
