RBA: Rebuildable Atomizer. Can be a dripper or a tank.
RTA: Rebuildable Tank Atomizer. Has a tank.

RBA head: The little thingy to build coils in.

Hey Sibun, There's supposed to be a few versions of the MC1. I have an MC1 from long ago. It takes forever to charge the battery. Find out the charging rate. 0.5 or 1A.

A Clearomizer is an atomizer that comes with prebuilt or replacable coils. (Protank, Nautilus etc)
The newer clearomizers now come with prebuilt coils and rebulidable (RBA) head. (Subtank, Crown etc)

A Cartomizer is a metal tube shaped atomizer that looks like a cigarette. Used on its own or in a tank.

Hahaha...... There's a lot of tank atomizers that doesn't have prebuilt/OCC coils. Examples would be Kayfun, Orchid, Goblin etc. Thats RTA's.

The word atomizer or atty covers everything.

Hahaha... Olivur, you making him more confused. Don't say "short legged atty". Say 510 connector. Yup, it will short if the 510 pin on the atty does not stick out. Attys with spring loaded 510 pin will also cause a short.

As for batteries you're talking of continuous discharge. Vapers are puffing a few seconds at a time (pulsing) giving batteries time to cool. So even a Samsung 25R with a continuous discharge rate of 20amps can be safely used at higher amps.
But you're right that battery safety has to be learnt especially when using a mech mod.

Hey I just read a few pages back that you're interested in a SMPL mech from FT? There's a million SMPL's on FT, so read the review/comments on it. Only a few SMPLs on FT are good. The switch on some will tear your battery sleeve causing it to short. The magnets broke on some other switches.
As always take extra care when using a mech. Especially a hybrid.

Hahaha..... I used a clone 4Nine...the one thats always in the news cos it blows up! Yup the 4Nine doesn't have vent holes. And it has a button that sticks causing it to autofire!

If you're thinking of getting an Evic Mini, I reckon the IPV D2 V3.0 is a better mod. The Evic still haven't fixed the Titanium mode.
Buy extra battery as well. The LG HG2 is pretty good & Alexng sells them the cheapest locally.
