i guess ppl are assuming pavillion bj will be already as successful as pavillion kl. lets us see 4 years later

i tell u pavilionz bj will do well but in a diff way la... eitherway dun think tis is a gd buy..

1kpsf for 4 walls, soxo product, ADD GST 6%, non-hda with all the usual problems+special interest calculation.. rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif

Although I initially interested into it after I skipped The Park, I concur with your statement above.

Price for a shoe box like this is fine for me but since non HDA and hefty progressive interest of 4 1/2 years, thats a bit heavy cost.

Pure commercial property buyers doesn't get the same protection as residential buyers.
according to some experts.. only SOHO falls under HDA protection, while SOVO, SOFO, and "Office Suites" are not
At the end of the day, check does the SPA consist of schedule G or H
Schedule G - 2 yrs construction, Schedule H - 3 yrs construction unless developer have to apply for extension due to special issue. This are stated by the ministry
For commercial title the duration is being agreed in the agreement between buyer and developer. any dispute can be challenged in court
