Be patient n wait for upcoming launch from TA and to certain extend BR.  Phase 2 from TA already hit slightly above 1mil and as some of the taiikor here said it is actually paying the extra to face the road rather than central lake. Compare to ES - pure linear park facing.  Patient in the sense that you can use next phase launch by TA as reference...likely to be above 1mil.

Look superb from far..I think they are stingy on the space.  The road is so narrow and the back lane is damn narrow...based on the show unit that I visited.  The only plus point for me on Duta Villa is the beautiful view when you stand at the balcony.

Previously, my understanding of the highest point was at the clubhouse, gradually sloping down towards the guardhouse.
