for shipping, will u go for less secure and slow shipping or secured but expensive such as fedex? means u have to bear the risk as well.

Dont forget if your phone is unlucky and stuck at custom, u hv to pay for sirim and gst as well.

Amazon covers taxes in US. Buyer has to bear cost for taxes charged at recipient country.

I mean the price we pay is inclusive of taxes in US. For our local tax, we have to pay to our local customs.

For me nexus 5x best competitor is xiaomi mi 4c. And that phone has 3gb ram for it's 32gb variant, higher battery capacity and larger megapixels for the camera.

for me, proton is a junk car. But I dont ask people why they spent 40-50k to buy such car.

thanks to the stability of unifi, I just purchased 2x tempered glass from intelli armor, means in total i purchased 4 items with 2 separate shipment. sigh.. i will sell 2 units at cost price later on. i used the coupon code, but i also used the tracking shipping (9.90 usd) so that I can be alert when the item arrives at our local post office.

Having a high end smartphone with dual sim is really convenient. Sometimes when I go out, I can only bring 1 phone (for eg. sports activity).. so with a dual simp phone I dont have to be in dilemma whether to bring personal phones or company phone.

Last time I had no choice but to use 2 phones because all dual sim smartphone was either mid range or low end..


Don't be stuck with the ideology of dual sim phones = low end phone. We are now at a time where an electric or hybrid car can hit 0-100kmh in less than 4 secs..

there's no way we can get ready stock Nexus 6P other than DirectD at the moment. So to those who really want it right now and don't have the privilege to wait, you get what you pay for.

yeah, with spigen rugged armor / ringke fusion, the hump is still there but very slightly and doesnt cause wobble at all.

for me the hump makes the phone looks nicer.

any side effect after unlocking the bootloader? i think I read somewhere few weeks back that google does trigger sthing once user unlock nexus bootloader this time. issit?

ya qfuse. does it lead to void of warranty? because i wanna wait for all hardware issues related to this device to cool down first (if any) before unlocking the bootloader.

i had the same issue last time with my galaxy s2. there is a rubber thing just inside the 2nd mic hole that caused the other party cant hear what we're saying, unless using loudspeaker or earphone.

At first i disabled it via terminal but basically it just shut the 2nd mic off, means no more noise cancellation feature.. Back then i was more adventurous then today though, so i disassembled the phone, and remove the rubber. it solved the issue and the noise cancellation also worked.

So i believe it's the same with 6p - hardware issue. just hope we are not the unlucky one to buy those affected unit

btw i doubt they can hit the 200 pre order. Nexus has never been a popular brand for mainstream in our local market, somemore this time it's made by Huawei.

Even Sony Z5 premium pre order with free smartwatch3, only able to gain 20+ orders during the 11th street event. They set pre order limit at 50 orders though..

if samsung or apple, 200 limits surely finished long before the event start.
