You risk is IF the scheme FAILS, the price of Croesus will tank, maybe down to $1. That is the risk against 4 cents IMO

there is an arbitrage here actually like you mentioned.

You buy at 119.5 today. Take the 4 cents. Your cost is 115.5. If the adjustment is back to 117 the offer price, you are still 2 cents to the good! biggrin.gif
So if you sell at 117, your returns is 5% on 119.5!

I sold earlier because of two reasons :-

3) IF the counter gets suspended after the SIAS mtg, then we all 'die together' !!! NO movement, no divvy payouts, nothing anymore !

I do not think there is cause for Suspension.
The SGX will not simply allow a counter to be suspended.

The above means even if an expiry is not up yet, a tenant in Japan can go through a judicial process to break the tenancy and renegotiate another rental amt to be paid IF conditions chg somewhere,... this is surprising,...

So, all those WALE - Weighted Average Lease to Expiry measurements are not truely that strong anymore,... rental stability is not really that foolproof even tough there is a long tenancy signed-up.

Hmm,... why is this happening now ?  hmm.gif

Has it got anything to do with the current buyout process ?  ranting.gif  ... to coerce unitholders into agreeing, perhaps,... ??

This buyout has been concocted by the Croesus managers. The motion and sequence that you see.
If this bid fails, we should query those 2 managers on giving us such a shortchange on the DPU while waiting !

My main grouse are those 2 managers in Croesus. They are the ones who concocted all this IMO. Shareholders must query them.

Why are you guys thinking it will go down to 6o cents? The rights issue is 41 for evey 100 at 69.5 cents

Therefore dilution is

(100x94+41x69.5)/141 = 86.87 cents
