erm.. i BLUR investor lor.. i also follow ppl.

I try to focus on those high yield. Coz my SG portfolio i hardly sell.

Preferance will be those few times div per year instead of 1 time.

I top up SHENG SHIONG regularly..since 2013.. .and my cap increases faster than div collected. But then If i do not sell. i am just looking at the paper gain. Money not in pocket.

Looks like Keppel Corp has indeed bottomed out at 5.20, thereabout,...

OCBC said in one of the recent report that they will buy if the price goes below 5.30

All REITs are on the high side,... don't know which to top-up now,....The only counter worth going into would be Keppel Corp.. I believed this is the bottom for KepCorp in the near term,....Looks like OCBC also agrees with me,....

Do I need to access to CDP account to trade with my DBS Vickers account?

DBS vickers hv a key. Use same for DBS BANK .

CDP hv another key.

U better check requirements before you go to SG. I heard its not so easy now.

I did mine year 2013 with DBS bank and DBS VICKERS.

whole procedure opening both the accounts can be done in about 1 to 2 hours....
and all on same floor, same building.

Assurity one is only for CDP, ie SGX website to log in. You only see the balance in your CDP account. Cannot trade here. Only see your ownership of shares

Your DBS key is only for your DBS trading platform where you can buy and sell shares.

So, they are different key. One for each website. Don't need to use both
