interested in the 27 " crossover model, how does this work? Any warranty? How to claim warranty? Dead pixel? damage while shipping/any insurance ? Product coming from korea right?

what is meant by Perfect pixel add rm100? is it u check the monitor first before u ship out to Malaysia?

Hi, Every monitor no matter normal or perfect pixel, I will take picture and check before I send to you. Perfect pixel is a standard thing in Korea.
