I already asked for refund/cancellation yesterday via online form/email.. Yet no reply till now..

U KNOW WHAT..When I ask today about reseller contact number so that i can ask directly why need to pack my phone for so many days..they say will reply me in 4 days.. I replied and say even like that also need 4 days?

Then only tell me 3rd week of JAN only have stock..

For those also pre-order 950xl on Lazada and waiting for delayed stock coming.. Let's make some noise here..

this is how they collect advance $$ from buyer, similar to goshop.. etc once they have your $$ .. if anything goes wrong demand for refund will take forever

Even can refund money also need to give out some compensation.. They are lying to customer..
Just refund is just cannot satisfy my anger..We lose the offer to get the FOC as we tot can pre-order online and less the hassle to go buy at shop..

Am I lucky or this is just another false hope ..

I solved the SD storage issue. I reformatted by SD card from NTFS to exFAT. That solved everything. Now, all apps, downloads, pictures, music and videos are stored on the card.

Yeah.. please use exFAT for mobile devices.

So I have been trying out various hard disks, card readers, USB sticks, etc. to see what works and what doesn't.

Most thumb drives work.

Most hard drives don't work, failing without notification but the hard drive sounds liike it's not receiving enough power.

Then I plugged in a SanDisk Extreme 500 SSD

And instead of it working, or it not having a response, it popped up a mesasge saying the device wasn't supported!

Feeliing weird since.. to me it's just another USB storage I didn't think too much about it, until I got my hands on a SeaGate Backup Plus Portable Drive today, and it gave me the same message instead of failing silently.

I plugged it into my PC and found out why these 2 things were different than my other USB storage devices.

They're simple and they work..

But the SanDisk and the Seagate... they show up as SCSI devices.. and I finally found out why, they are of a different type of device.. a USB Attached SCSI device

Which seems like it iisn't supported by Windows 10 ARM yet I guess, even though Wikipedia mentions that Windows 8 already had built in support for USB Attached SCSI

For performance and other reasons, we now have a different level of USB storage device.. something we probably should know as we start using these thing on more than just our computers.

No dock? No worries. Found this usb AF converter for RM39 at All IT Low Yat.

Tried this adapter to allow me to use the normal micro cables to charge the phone.. Didn't work, there's current draw but the phone refuses to charge.

Hmmm sad to say, looks you can't any USB-C to HDMI cable and use it, I picked up this one and the only thing it succeeded to do was crash my 950XL every time I plugged it in!

Yes, this is working, but because this is a USB 3.0 port, USB 3 devices might run on full speed power hungry mode, so... be careful! Most likely the USB device will just shut down due to insufficient power.
