guys, would like to ask if any of you experienced before ABS alarm fault with Engine fault alarm, even after replacing all the sensors, alarm still there and not clearing and unable to locate the fault?
SC replaced all sensors (claim and with the advice from HQ to replace all 4), but after replacing, alarm still there.  Troubleshoot whole day still unable to resolve and they need to ask France for assistance.
I tried outside with RenauTech (when i do decarbon of the engine), they also unable to locate where could be the issue..
so would like to ask if anyone experienced it before?

What they mentioned is that the engine fault was due to the ABS fault.
The code will be shown in the diagnostic tool?

I've lost count, really. I would have to dig up all my emails to clic over the years.
Off the top of my head, the timing chain broke and practically destroyed the engine, ac cooling coil broke down, high pressure fuel pump, down to small things like the gear knob completely disintegrating. All I remember is I've never driven this car for 2 months without having to bring it into the workshop.

Look, I've got more things to worry about than bringing my car around the state for 2nd or 3rd opinions back and forth. If you can't trust the authorized sc to do the bare minimum, you know there's a problem with the brand.
I've been to renautech and bros, but I can't be driving there and back to the sc every time.

The latest case is the final straw. Not only did they waste my time, and try to make me wait another 6 months for an inspection, they were also rude, and did an utterly unprofessional job at something as simple as topping up engine oil - they forgot to put the cap back on.

Imagine, I had driven my pregnant wife for a distance before we noticed the smell and smoke coming from the engine bay. My pregnant wife had been inhaling engine oil fumes straight from the engine.

Thanks for your sharing, kinda interesting to know the aircond system will cost 3k+ to fix it.

Aside this I've seen comment about timing chain tensioner giving up and to replace reckon change whole set complete timing chains kit.

Anyone has clue on this particular problem?

Peugeot car seems to suffered major depreciation compared to other conti's.

Aisin GB seldome gives any problems. Bros Auto are good to fix GB issues. Try them.

Peugeot now got recall for air con compressor and condenser. Just had mine replaced.

Are you still having this problem? I feel it could be HPFP issue, which is common on our Pug!

Sounds like sticky solenoid. Does the symptom gets better when the engine is hot? I guess you did regular fluid change and the workshop use the correct atf fluid, right?
