Since no one answer after 1 day, better you refer to ERU directly.

I am considering to switch to other university since mmu cyber doesnt offer bachelor on IT , currently on my 2nd semester bachelor of computer science, is it possible to credit transfer the subjects that i have taken so that i dont need to retake those subject again at the other university, or do this credit transfer only works from diploma to degree?

Was actually thinking to switch to FOM but Admission unit rejected my application due to me doing my foundation in IT..

Lost interest in CS, feels like no point pursuing if i have no interest in it at all, but since application to fom got rejected because i only have foundation in IT cert, and its already too late to switch uni for this coming semester, i guess ill just continue on and see whats the available option next semester, either switch to melaka and take B.IT information technology management or change to other universities that offer similar courses

Read the student handbook and it says changing from FCI to FIST, the grade transfer is allowed and no limit to the amount of credit allowed to be transferred.

ID card rules

With effect 13 November 2016 (Trimester 2- 2016/2017) a penalty system will be implemented to ensure compliance to the new rules. RM20 fine for MMU students who fail to wear/display their student ID Card.

No idea what causes this. Maybe to prevent outsiders. This is common practice in other unis and companies.

MMU is very firm with it's foundation,
you cannot simply change your course after you've chosen your foundation,
you are only allowed to credit transfer partial foundation subjects and retake foundation in management to go for foundation in management.

Besides that, advise your juniors don't choose MMU foundation if you're not sure what you're going to do in Degree, because you will have to retake some subjects in other University as well if you're using your foundation in IT as entry requirement.

For EG:
1) Foundation in Lifescience (MMU) --> UCSI (some transferred, math, critical thinking etc), however need to take Bio1/2/3, only allowed to joined degree

2) Foundation in Science (UTAR) --> Inti (need to retake 2 semester due to poor result)

As for your case, I am not very sure because you might be able to use your degree 1st sem result to transfer, but I doubt other university will accept you, they will probably only allowed you to transfer if you're taking IT relevant degree courses....

So, don't choose foundation if you're not sure, unless you're joining UTAR.
UTAR allowed you to picked foundation in SCIENCE / ART and after that only choose your degree subject, but it's a different case in MMU

yeah, the guard in Melaka is much more stricter now....
they will keep asking you for ID cards when you're entering the university~

anyway, the freshies tag to put the ID is definitely too big for the cards, it really feels very 'different' -__-
