yo.... my experience:
i stayed before here so i am quite familiar
Emerald Park (male block): RM180(earlybird), RM210(normal) -- 2 years ago price (cheapest i think)
#include utilities XDDDDD (water and electricity only)
pros: si beh near to MMU, mmu corner and etc.
cons: shared with utem, not many washing machine available (rm2.5/wash)

Ixora: price range around 260-300++ for shared room, i am not really sure about this already
pros: last time got beautiful swimming pool
cons: now swimming pool macam buaya pool, too much complain, it seems that UTEM move to block C in ixora

BBP: a little bit far from MMU, approx 5minutes walk to Ixora / MMU backgate (field), not owned by any management like ixora or EP, usually deal directly with owner

BBU: 10minutes++ walk, price quite cheap lah, but the distance , seriously no for me

Taman Dahlia: recommend u move together with your fren after 1 year of studies
Taman Kerjasama: slightly safer than taman Dahlia

*i would recommend you to go for ixora / emerald park for your first visit.
i am not sure about this, but sometimes u are able to meet all freshie in the same house and that's when u are able to meet more friends XD....
once you moved into a landed house, usually all of them live in their own world )

You mentioned Ixora's pool is a 'buaya pool'? Does this mean the pool is too dirty to swim, or it's not properly disinfected with chlorine?
My friend is most probably staying there.

Hi guys, wanted to ask is it okay to miss the orientation? So how about the subject registration and all the important documents? My sister already has an ID and MMU send the password via SMS, is that new thing here now? Any senior can help ? Thanks

There will be subject registration and all the important stuffs during orientation.

My sister can't attend the orientation, which started today, so I'm asking behalf of her, can she settle everything after orientation? Which mean week 1 of the trimester.

would like to ask for LLB is there only one intake a year or I can apply in October intake?

I got some question here. How can i get from The Arc to Putrajaya Sattion then to KLIA 2 ? Or any other way go KLIA 2?

Guys want to ask, does credit transfer subject result will include in our cgpa marks ? Lets say I got B+ for this subject in diploma and credit transfer to my degree. Will it affect my cgpa or no ?
