Still pretty confused. My burung hantu shows 0.0MB for burung hantu but I was downloading nonstop last night.
Anyways Digi already announce their version burung hantu for prepaid, so if xpax don't want our business, we can always jump |

QUOTE(holocauster @ May 11 2016, 07:45 AM) Yea speed got capped.QUOTE(hjab @ May 11 2016, 07:51 AM) me too I think their system went haywire. They chew through my 1.5gb data before capping my speed again. Now i got no data quota, burung hantu still 0.0mb for me. suddenly my burung hantu became super selowww basic internet d/loading at less than 10KB/s, all my normal quota gone...LOL checked my other burung hantu which is on 2TB quota, doing just fine either their system became haywire or they patched addy my "free" auto-renewal with 10GB burung hantu end of last month will see tonite, if that 1 burung hantu totally dead or celcom manage to rectify the leak for our normal data otherwise, have no choice but to send net yes to 28882 But lucky that wasn't my main line, so still got data to use for daily stuff |

QUOTE(hjab @ May 11 2016, 12:57 PM) the least they could do is send out the notification BEFORE they start consuming normal quota. it is grossly unfair to silently deducting the normal quota without prior notice. what, they expect us to do max status every few minute to check the balance issit? They shouldn't have eat into our normal quota use in the first place |

currently using weekly plan. rm10 per week, 10gb burung hantu. so thats like rm40/month for 40gb worth. add rm5 here and there if needed i guess.

QUOTE(Jyazen @ May 16 2016, 03:58 PM) Yeah, switching to weekly is probably best if you weren't in the old RM25 per month plan like I am. Currently if I add RM5 3 times that'll total to 40GB for RM40 per month too, just like yours. I have two line. 1 dedicated for burung hantu It's not the unlimited Burung Hantu we used to have, but I'll stick with Celcom for now since I think the price is still rather fair. I just remind myself that while the weekly/monthly sub itself is rather pricey, the Burung Hantu sub is still rather cheap... RM50 for 100 GB. That's way better than when I use p1 in the past that's about a hundred per month and they have a FUP of like 20 GB before throttling. but its true, celcom prices are quite fair for me too.. so got extra 10gb from my main line |
