Is your old SIM card/line not active anymore?

I thought we should normally check that the old one is gone before the new one kicks in?

you got yourself a problem there. my advice, put back the old sim and wait for it to become inactive. then only change. if both old and new sim not active, then you got to go back to where you ported to sort it out.

u can try on and off your phone every few hours to see if the old sim is still active or not.

It seem like alot of people is connecting Magic Sim with MIFI or USB WIFI moderm..

Managed to use the sim card now?
Last time when I port from other telco, Celcom did inform me that they will port me from other telco to Celcom.
But Celcom didnot inform me that I had port successfully.. as long as the new sim card is activated and the old sim card cannot be use anymore then that means porting successful.

if your old sim still activated than it might means there is some problem with your porting.
You have to check with CS to find out why lol.
