The other way is to sell your Paypal cash just like what others are doing right now. I'm afraid there is no way to withdraw the cash to your Malaysian Bank Account.

Buyer pay your in USD for a transaction. Now your account is credited with, let's say 10$ USD. Now, z3r0717, from what i understand, you wish to withdraw this 10$ USD in your Paypal to your Malaysian bank account.

Like I said earlier, this CANNOT be done in Malaysia as the local banks do not have connections with Paypal. So you can SELL the Paypal funds here and your buyer pays you into your Malaysian account. After that, you transfer the 10$ USD or whatever value to your buyer.

You get verified by ADDING credit card information in your Paypal Account. Paypal will then charge USD1.99 to that credit card. At the end of the month, you will see the the charge from Paypal with 4 numbers on your credit card statement.

Key in the 4 numbers when you log on to your Paypal Account and you are good to go. Status : VERIFIED

* oh yea, the USD 1.99 charged will be returned to you in the form of Paypal credit *

How could your buyer possibly pay u in USD?
Unless you have a US bank account, it will all be converted to RM once they transfer any amount to your bank account

That happens very commonly for Paypal. Make sure you use tracking when sending out the goods. If you don't, Paypal will consider as the goods has never been sent out. And they will return the money to the scam artist.

If I use Credit Card to pay via PayPal, does the transaction immediately verify or I have to wait for a few days?
