Based on the latest 3Q2017 report, the club house actually making some profit in the quarter ended 31/12/2016 vs lost in previous 2 quarter. I believe it should be PROFITABLE in FY31/3/2018, maintenance cost should not a problem here.

Someone cycle around BSS to where we unable to go in by driving at this moment ie under construction X Park.
Start near by Elymus, pass by Balista, Castora, Merchant Square, X-Park, d'Tempat Country Club, Matrix Global School, Dextora, Hindu Temple enroute to Kg Jimah Baru.

After seeing these videos, I feel that BSS especially Hijayu really need more people to move in or else it will end up as ghost town...

It's not the development I'm worried about, with nice clubhouse, good lay-out for terrace house n semi-D, upcoming mall, I would say it's pretty well developed

hope it won't be like another Port Dickson project. Now that place so many houses empty..people bought for investment and wanted to rent out to tourist and such..now some condo and houses looks abandoned. very eerie at night

Totally agree with this. Their target market is for people working in KL. How many young adult willing to travel such long hours to KL. If for families, it will be more complicated if you are working in KL but your kids' school / nursery is in BSS. There will be oversupply of course.

I think that's human nature, always feel dissatisfy with what we already have, and always have the urge to look for  something larger, better, nicer. That's why we have so many old towns which were once upon a time THE prime spots. 

Developers are selling future dreams, so the dream for BSS is to  have bigger malls, better hospital, etc.

But i remember someone once said in this thread, S2 and BSS should not be competing with each other, they should be complementing each other, because they are relatively nearby. For now, BSS residents will make use of S2 amenities, but once BSS is fully developed it will definitely benefit the residents of S2 as well. Win-Win.  

Both are trying to build their legacy, ok no problem, good for the rakyat. But hope that Hassan can be in position for another 10 years.

Seremban2 should be better option which is nearer to the highway.

Where your source? Hear say for few years but not there yet, anyway many government agencies have moved to S2 also.

Sam gor this toll is for everyone to use, mostly seremban people of course, for visitors from other parts of the country when visiting Seremban will also feel more relax, less jam.

Hope that gov can turn Seremban old town into historical town somewhat similar to Melaka if possible!!
