I think IJM Land developed Saujana Duta S2 for rich people (banglow and Semi D), the road is along the way to BSS, maybe they want to compete with BSS because they have their own private club house for Saujana Duta also

Not castora, but Balista, not for rent, primary plan for stay but in future, because my 1st house which i stay now is in senawang.

I heard for rent is around 1K - 1.4K only

I heard, many government state jabatan will move to BSS, if this true old seremban town will die, so no need to consider jam or not overthere

No source but heard from a few of my friends work in government state, government still in planning stage, including SUK. MB Mat Hassan always favor BSS to be a central government state in future.

But according to my sales agent the land that has been clear up that close byk zink along the road opposite of icon park and tudm is for the government staff house.
