I can see the major oversea banks still in Seremban old town, central market and train station also still in old Seremban.. But I think sooner or later     

Hope that gov can turn Seremban old town into historical town somewhat similar to Melaka if possible!!

When MVV is up old town will be something like Flagship A zone in Iskandar Malaysia.

Seremban chinese population I think is shrinking, many migrate to Klang Valley..  Hopefully Seremban 2 /Ainsdale /BSS really can attract them come back to stay lah..
