The amount mainly came from Sendayan Merchant Square 1, as its take-up rate hit 67%, while Hijayu 3 (Ph. 1 & 2) achieved 51%. Both projects were launched only in 1Q 2016. Sales for Impian Bayu 2 has also increased to 82% from 65% in the last quarter.
