Matrix Bulletin said got 32 class rooms how come Nanyang Siang Pau stated 24 class rooms which one is correct?

Definitely Nan yang made mistakes. Just yesterday it reported My friend's company profited rm100 million, but actually it was the revenue. But any how it was still good.

But profit n revenue is two different thing.

No announcement yet, but my fren told me most probably at Bandar Ainsdale due to Sime Darby influence.

Oh my god, RM15m and the recurring dividend income alone easily RM500k per year, what a generous man!!

27 students enrolled for SJK © Bandar Sri Sendayan, this is for sure a under utiilisation for a RM10m school, hopefully when more Chinese moved in more students will study in the school.

Good publicity for BSS

SEREMBAN: Property developer Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd has earned praise from the authorities for helping to relocate and build a new Chinese school in the bustling township of Bandar Sri Sendayan.

Deputy Education Minister Chong Sin Woon said the developer was commended as it had also agreed to build a Tamil school as part of its corporate social responsibility programme.

“To me, this is a model developer. I do not have the words to express my gratitude to Matrix Concepts,” he said after handing over an approval letter for the relocation to SJKC Kg Baru Parit Tinggi board of governors at the new school here.

These settlers need to wait for 10 years then only receive the overdue compensation from government, Matrix contributed a lot to settle the headache for government. 

Do you have any idea why STV land area (1,000 acres) is different from the fact sheet and filing to Bursa (685 acres)?

Even add in the newly acquired 164 acres Sendayan Tech Park still unable to get 1,000 acres as claim by Matrix.

It is alright, I got the reply from Matrix within 24 hours after receiving my message  for the customer service.

Mr XXX, we show net sellable area in corporate factsheet for investors, that is the reason why there is discrepancy. Sendayan Techvalley gross land area is 1,000 acres, while net sellable area after deduct the area used for infrastructures such as road and drainage is 685 acres as shown in corporate factsheet. Hope you can get a better picture with the explanation. Thank you very much.

Ho Chin Soon exclude the orchard which is also Malay Reserve Land from BSS. Those in grey colour are government agencies found quite a lot in the township.

The retail section and restaurants were open to outsiders too from the beginning. Only the free facilities (e.g. gym, pool, badminton court, etc.) were exclusive to members (homeowners that received free membership). And with so many houses in BSS, how do you realistically know which is outsider and which is resident anyway? It's not like you know everyone in the township    So, I don't see any loss in exclusivity based on this.

And when I heard last time that they want to maintain exclusivity for homeowners and earn from the retail, felt quite strange about this strategy. As an outside observer, I feel that opening up is a good move, both for the company, and also for the homeowners. Why? Because company get more money (profit) and also to maintain the quality of the place (benefit the homeowners).
